Reportedly Venezuela's state run steelmaker Sidor aims to boost liquid steel production at 4.45 million tons in 2013. Sidor's CEO rafael GIL Barrios also said that achievement of this goal will result in the consolidation of the largest steelmaker of this country. The company has already set in motion in both Operative Investment Plan and Scheduled Maintenance to guarantee the operation of the units comprising the steel corporation, and to meet clients' requests.
